Yöneticin Ekip ekranında adına dokunup sana yeni bir PIN verebilir.

Fotoğraflar ne kadar saklanır?

Çekildikten 45 gün sonra silinir. Yönetici silinmeden önce Ayarlar → Silinecek fotoğraflar bölümünden ZIP olarak indirebilir ya da e-postasına bağlantı isteyebilir.

Aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?

iPhone'da Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler → Shiftino. Android'de Google Play → profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler. Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.

Satın aldım ama lisans açılmadı.

Shiftino'da Ayarlar → Abonelik planları → Satın alımları geri yükle'ye dokun. Sorun sürerse bize yaz.

Hesabımı nasıl silerim?

Yönetici: Ayarlar → Hesabı sil. İşletme, şubeler, personel hesapları, kayıtlar ve fotoğraflar kalıcı olarak silinir. Personel: yöneticinden hesabını kapatmasını iste ya da bize yaz.

How do I use Shiftino on Android or a computer?

Open shiftino.net/app in the browser; managers and staff sign in with the same accounts. On a phone, use "Add to Home screen" in the browser menu to open it like an app. The subscription is bought in the iPhone app and covers the whole business.

How do staff sign in?

Tap "Staff sign in" and enter the business code, your username and the PIN your manager gave you. The business code is on the manager's Settings screen.

I forgot my PIN.

Your manager can give you a new PIN by tapping your name on the Team screen.

How long are photos kept?

They are deleted 45 days after they are taken. Before that, the manager can download them as a ZIP under Settings → Photos to be deleted, or get a link by email.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Shiftino. On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription.

I paid but the licence did not open.

In Shiftino, go to Settings → Subscription plans → Restore purchases. If it still does not work, write to us.

How do I delete my account?

Manager: Settings → Delete account. The business, its branches, staff accounts, records and photos are deleted for good. Staff: ask your manager to close your account, or write to us.

Notifications are not arriving.

Check Settings → Notifications in Shiftino, and that Shiftino notifications are allowed in your phone's settings.
